Job Summary: We are seeking a Recruitment and Selection Analyst to work strategically, ensuring hiring accuracy and continuously improving departmental processes. Key Highlights: 1. Lead medium- and high-complexity recruitment processes end-to-end. 2. Serve as the technical reference in interviews and hiring decisions. 3. Support managers and leadership in talent attraction and selection decisions. We are looking for a Recruitment and Selection Analyst to work strategically—impacting decisions, ensuring hiring accuracy, and continuously improving departmental processes. * **Responsibilities and Duties** Lead medium- and high-complexity recruitment processes end-to-end. Define and implement talent attraction strategies aligned with position profiles and criticality. Serve as the technical reference in interviews, assessments, and hiring decisions. Analyze KPIs, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities, proposing structural adjustments to processes. Support managers, leadership, and other stakeholders in decisions related to talent attraction and selection. * **Requirements and Qualifications** Bachelor’s degree completed in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (intermediate to advanced level). Experience in end-to-end recruitment (from profile alignment to offer/closing), including competency-based interviews, attraction strategies, and profile mapping. Experience handling high-volume recruitment or strategic positions (tech experience is a plus). Experience as a Tech Recruiter, focused on IT roles. * **Desirable Qualifications** Additional training in competency-based interviews, assessment, profile mapping, or related areas. Experience with ATS systems such as Feedz or Solides, and tools like LinkedIn Recruiter.
