Conduct agile ceremonies, remove impediments, and monitor metrics such as Velocity and Burndown. Support the Product Owner in backlog refinement, creation of user stories, and definition of acceptance criteria. Provide support in prioritizing features, bugs, and technical debt. Act as the technical interface with Tech Leads for scope alignment, estimates, and risk assessment. Manage schedules, risks, and communication with stakeholders.
