**Modality: Hybrid | Location: São Paulo** **Main responsibilities:** * Plan, coordinate, and control corporate projects of different natures * Develop and monitor schedules, scope, communication, and risks * Lead kick-off, status, and closing meetings * Ensure strategic alignment and delivery quality * Manage stakeholders, cross-functional teams, and resolve blockers **Technical requirements:** * Traditional and agile methodologies (PMBOK, PRINCE2, Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) * Project management tools: MS Project, Jira, Trello, Monday, and Azure DevOps * Schedule, scope, budget, risk, and KPI management **Preferred qualifications:** * Project management certifications (PMP, CAPM, PMI-ACP, CSM, PSM, PRINCE2) * Postgraduate degree or MBA in related fields **Education:** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, IT, Project Management, or related fields **Desired experience:** * Medium- and large-scale projects * Working with multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams * Executive reporting and presentations to leadership * Experience in a structured PMO Job type: Full-time CLT or Freelance / PJ Compensation: R$10.000,00 - R$16.500,00 per month Benefits: * Health insurance * Dental insurance * Life insurance * Food allowance * Meal voucher Work location: Hybrid remote work for São Paulo, SP
