




Description: * Bachelor's degree in fields such as: Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Human Resources, Psychology, or related disciplines. * Postgraduate degree, MBA, or specialization in Digital Product Management, Digital Transformation, Human Resources, or related areas. * Relevant certifications (e.g., PO/PM, Product Leadership, Product Discovery, Lean Inception, Agile methodologies, etc.). * Experience with HR platforms and systems—preferably Gupy, ADP, SAP, Fluig, ImpulseUP, etc.—including knowledge of API integrations and automation of recruitment, onboarding, training, time tracking, and productivity management workflows. * Solid experience leading HR and back-office product journeys, with workflows focused on operational efficiency, employee experience, and integration between internal HR systems and technology (a strong differentiator). * Serve as a key leader in developing and evolving digital products supporting the HR and back-office journey, covering areas such as recruitment, onboarding, internal training, time tracking, and team productivity management, among others. * Define and prioritize the product roadmap using prioritization frameworks (e.g., GUT, ICE, RICE, JTBD) and translate the strategic direction of HR and back-office functions into clear, measurable, and actionable user stories. * Conduct continuous discovery processes, validating hypotheses and aligning strategies with stakeholders across various organizational areas (HR, Operations, IT, Finance, etc.). * Lead agile ceremonies and ensure value-driven deliveries focused on operational efficiency, employee engagement, and internal experience—documenting and communicating product progress. * Monitor and analyze product success metrics—including adoption, engagement, retention, satisfaction (eNPS), operational efficiency, and internal ROI—documenting and disseminating results through value reports and product evolution updates. * Collaborate closely with technology, UX/UI, data, HR, and internal communications teams to ensure consistency, scalability, and positive impact across the solution lifecycle. * Foster a product culture within the organization by promoting experimentation, continuous learning, and data-driven decision-making—all while focusing on enhancing employee experience and strengthening organizational efficiency. 2512060202191849329
