Handling technical incident resolution **Key Responsibilities — Internal IT** ------------------------------------------------- * Supervise the IT team, assigning tasks and monitoring outcomes. * Ensure operation, maintenance, and availability of **networks, servers, systems, equipment, and software**. * Manage **access rights, permissions, and information security policies**. * Act in **technical incident prevention and resolution**. * Plan and execute **technology upgrades** and infrastructure improvements. * Monitor contracts with **IT vendors**, network links, software, and equipment. * Prepare **performance reports**, KPIs, and technological risk analyses. * Lead and support **ERP software training**. **Key Responsibilities — Remote Concierge** ------------------------------------------------------ * Supervise **remote concierge systems** (CCTV, access control, intercom, software, and integrations). * Ensure **24/7 availability, stability, and security** of systems. * Serve as **second-level technical support** for the remote operations team. * Coordinate responses to **system failures, incidents, and technical contingencies**. * Ensure compliance with **security standards, LGPD, and best practices**. * Support **technical training** for operators and related teams. **Technical Requirements** ----------------------- * Degree in **Information Technology**, **Information Systems**, **Networks**, **Computer Engineering**, or related fields. * **Prior experience in IT supervision**. * Solid knowledge of: * **Networks** (LAN, WAN, VPN, Wi\-Fi) * **Servers** (Windows and Linux) * **CCTV, access control, and remote concierge systems** * **Information security and LGPD** * **Ticket and incident management** * **Preferred**: experience in **mission-critical environments** and **24/7 operations**. Minimum Education Level: High School (Secondary Education)
