




Description: * Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, Administration, or related fields. Postgraduate degree in Project Management, IT Governance, or related areas; * Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Planner, Trello, Jira, etc.); * Familiarity with methodologies such as PMBOK, Scrum, or Kanban; * Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills. * Experience managing IT projects, preferably in medium- to large-sized companies, operating in complex and multidisciplinary environments. * PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, PSM, or equivalent certification is a plus; * Experience in digital transformation projects, system implementation (e.g., ERP, CRM), innovation, or new product development is a plus; * Knowledge of IT governance practices, portfolio management, and strategic prioritization is a plus. * Competencies: Communication, Customer Focus, Initiative, Results Orientation, Resilience, Agility, and Innovation. * Plan, execute, monitor, and close IT projects in a structured manner, aligned with Alvoar’s strategic plan. * Develop project schedules, communication plans, risk management strategies, scope definitions, and budgets. * Apply agile and traditional methodologies according to the nature of each project. * Support the definition and evolution of the project governance model (methodology, templates, processes, etc.). * Manage the project portfolio, proposing prioritization and rational resource allocation. * Promote integration between requesting departments and development teams. * Ensure transparent executive reporting on project status and KPIs. * Support continuous improvement initiatives, lessons learned, and process standardization. * Lead stakeholder meetings and serve as the focal point for projects under your management. * Contribute to change management and organizational communication related to projects. * Collaborate in the setup and maintenance of tools such as Planner, Power BI, and SharePoint for project tracking and management. 2512060202191575049
