This professional will focus on results, lead cross-functional teams, plan operational strategies, and oversee the execution of business-critical projects. **Key Responsibilities** · Team Management: Coordinate and develop the operations team, promoting training and encouraging professional growth. · System Operations: Supervise daily system and infrastructure operations, ensuring service stability, continuity, and security. · Project and Process Management: Develop and implement strategic and operational plans aligned with company objectives, adopting agile methodologies and industry best practices. · Monitoring and Metrics: Implement and track KPIs to identify improvement opportunities and ensure operational process performance. · Incident Management: Develop efficient processes for incident response and resolution, minimizing operational impact and ensuring high service availability. · Internal Communication: Facilitate communication between the IT team and other company departments, preparing managerial reports and executive presentations. **Requirements** · Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields. · Postgraduate degree or MBA in Project Management, Information Technology, or related areas is considered a plus. · Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT, including at least 2 years in coordination or supervisory roles. · Solid knowledge of network infrastructure, servers, operating systems, virtualization, and information security. · Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management tools. · Excellent communication, leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
