Leading the migration and restructuring of systems for greater resilience **We are looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to join RodoBank’s team.** You will be responsible for designing, evolving, and operating the infrastructure platform, ensuring reliability, automation, observability, and operational efficiency of financial systems. **What will be your mission within the Technology team?** * Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines; * Automate infrastructure provisioning; * Ensure availability, scalability, and resilience of environments; * Implement observability (logs, metrics, and tracing); * Design secure deployment strategies (rollback, canary, blue/green); * Support engineering teams in application operations; * Manage incidents and improve reliability; * Implement security and compliance policies; * Control infrastructure costs (FinOps); * Standardize development, staging, and production environments; * Migrate Laravel Workers (Supervisor) to ECS or EKS; * Restructure October CMS applications with a focus on resilience and scalability. **Basic Requirements:** * Degree in IT or related fields; * Solid experience in DevOps, SRE, or Infrastructure; * Experience with AWS (EC2, ECS, RDS, VPC, IAM, S3); * Experience with Docker and containers; * Experience with CI/CD (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, or similar); * Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform or similar); * Experience with monitoring and observability; * Knowledge of networking, DNS, TLS, proxies, and load balancers; * Experience with PostgreSQL in production; * Knowledge of infrastructure security (IAM, secrets management, hardening); * Advanced Linux knowledge and troubleshooting skills; * Experience with containerized PHP/Laravel applications on cloud platforms. **Nice-to-Have Qualifications:** * **Platform Reliability:** Practices: SRE (SLO, SLA, error budget); Incident management and postmortems; Capacity planning; High-availability and disaster recovery strategies; Automation of operational routines. * **Messaging & Caching:** RabbitMQ; Redis; Queues, retries, DLQ, and operational idempotency. * **Security & Compliance:** SecOps and DevSecOps; Vulnerability management; Auditing and traceability; Container and host hardening. * **Cost Efficiency:** FinOps in AWS environments; Resource optimization and autoscaling; Efficient usage strategies for RDS and compute. **Additional Information:** * Fully on-site position — Fortaleza (Downtown); * Contract type: PJ (individual contractor); * Health insurance; * Exclusive partnerships and discounts (language schools, car rentals, restaurants, etc.).
