




Job Summary: The professional will conduct quotations, book travel arrangements, register for events, and perform other administrative tasks. Key Highlights: 1. Support in organizing events Requirements: * Completed high school education * Preferred: Currently pursuing a technical or undergraduate degree in Administration, Accounting, or related fields. * Technical knowledge: Basic Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel); Familiarity with management systems and basic understanding of procurement processes. * Skills: Organization; Resilience; Strong communication and teamwork; Proactivity; Tasks to be performed: 1 \- Quote goods and services (minimum of three price proposals), fully complying with the Terms of Reference (critically analyze the Terms of Reference: specifications, delivery location, receiving officer, etc.) provided; 2 \- Book airfare and accommodation (domestic and international) via the travel agency’s website or directly with the agency. Forward the booking to the coordinator requesting purchase authorization. Approve the booking in the agency’s system and await issuance of the ticket/voucher by the agency. The ticket/voucher will be issued by the agency’s broker and sent via e\-mail. Forward the ticket/voucher to the coordinator. Frequency: per request; 3 \- Register for domestic events in coordination with the project coordinator/team member. Frequency: per request; 4 \- Perform other duties relevant to the position as directed by management.
