Focus on organization and proactivity in the workplace **Position: Operations Assistant – Logistics** **Location:** Serrinha Neighborhood – Fortaleza/CE We are looking for an Operations Assistant to join our team. If you are organized, interested in the logistics field, and comfortable with technology, this opportunity may be right for you. **Main Responsibilities:** * Communication with customers and suppliers * Coordination of the driver team * Service route planning * Registration and control of reservations * Monitoring of itineraries * Support for operational tasks **Requirements:** * Completed high school education * Availability to work on a 6x1 rotating schedule (including weekends and holidays) * Proficiency with systems and technologies * Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, with emphasis on Excel **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in transportation logistics or airline companies * Advanced Spanish proficiency **Desired Profile:** * Organized, responsible, and proactive individual * Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team * Maturity, commitment, and interest in professional growth **Working Hours:** 6x1 rotating schedule Shift: 1:00 PM to 9:20 PM (1 weekday off per week and 1 full weekend off) *Availability to adjust shifts as required by the company.* **Compensation and Benefits:** * Salary: R$ 1\.785,00 * Meal allowance (R$ 21.00 per working day) * Transportation allowance (6% payroll deduction) * Health insurance subsidy (R$ 200.00 after 3 months) * Dental plan * Birthday day off Employment Type: Full-time CLT Payment: R$1\.785,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
