Process optimization and preparation of managerial reports * **Billing Manager** **Working Hours:** Monday to Saturday – 7:30 AM to 5:20 PM **Employment Type:** CLT or PJ **Salary:** R$ 5\.000,00 **Benefits:** Meals provided at the company (breakfast, lunch, and afternoon snack) and transportation allowance (VT) **Location:** FORTALEZA\-CE **Neighborhood:** Jangurussu **Prerequisites:** * Education: Bachelor’s degree completed in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields; * Preferred: Postgraduate degree in Finance, Controllership, Logistics, or Business Management; * Minimum 3 years of experience in billing operations and at least 1 year in a leadership role; * Experience with integrated operations across billing, inventory, and logistics; * Practical knowledge of tax and fiscal legislation; * Advanced Excel skills and ability to generate control reports; * Order, delivery note, invoice, and return management; * Experience with logistics integration and inventory control; * Familiarity with truck routing systems and cargo entry/exit control; * Ability to monitor team and departmental performance indicators. * *Knowledge of Sankhya System (Preferred)* **Responsibilities:** * Manage the billing team (currently 6 members), organizing responsibilities, schedules, and goals; * Control the entire billing cycle, from order receipt through invoice issuance; * Verify product availability in inventory and coordinate with the picking team; * Generate and optimize delivery notes, ensuring efficient picking and organized logistics; * Coordinate integration with the truck logistics system, ensuring shipments are dispatched in correct sequence (“first in, last out”); * Conduct alignment meetings with logistics and trucking teams; * Monitor merchandise returns, refunds, and return invoices; * Ensure information flows smoothly and accurately between departments; * Serve as a trusted liaison between executive management and operations, ensuring data confidentiality and consistency; * Prepare managerial reports and propose continuous process improvements; * Act as technical reference and support point for problem resolution and rapid decision-making. * Other related duties Job Type: Full-time CLT Compensation: R$5\.000,00 \- R$6\.000,00 per month Benefits: * Fuel allowance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance
