We offer services aimed at optimizing people and organizational process management. **Responsibilities:** Coordinate the sales team to ensure target achievement and adherence to the brand's service standards. Develop and monitor the annual commercial plan. Define performance targets and KPIs. Analyze sales, turnover, and inventory reports to guide strategic decisions. Plan and support marketing campaigns, product launches, and promotional activities. Conduct performance review meetings and propose action plans. Collaborate with finance and merchandising teams to ensure alignment among product, pricing, and demand.
