We are seeking an **E-commerce Manager** to lead our online channel and drive brand growth. **Responsibilities:** * Manage the entire e-commerce operation (website, marketplaces, integrations, and logistics). * Plan and execute commercial and performance campaigns. * Analyze KPIs, sales funnels, and digital channel targets. * Coordinate teams (customer service, creative, operations, paid traffic, etc.). * Monitor orders, returns, deadlines, and customer satisfaction. * Ensure product, pricing, inventory, and category updates on the website. * Develop growth, remarketing, and loyalty strategies. * Monitor competitors and market trends. **Requirements:** * Prior experience in e-commerce (management or coordination). * Knowledge of platforms (Tray, Nuvemshop, Shopify, VTEX — adapt as needed). * Proficiency in metrics and digital tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads, Google Ads). * Analytical, strategic, and results-oriented profile. * Strong communication and team leadership skills. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in fashion or retail. * Knowledge of CRM and automation. * Certifications in digital marketing or paid traffic. **We Offer:** * Competitive salary + performance-based bonus. * Innovative and collaborative work environment. * Opportunities for growth and development.
