Job Summary: Responsible for monitoring sales, managing inventory, ensuring high-quality customer service, controlling finances, and implementing operational processes. Key Highlights: 1. Sales Monitoring: Monitor store performance by tracking sales targets and establishing strategies to achieve them and enhance customer retention. 3\. Inventory Control: Manage store inventory, restock products, control goods inflows and outflows, and prevent losses. 4\. Customer Service: Ensure customers receive high-quality service, directly handling more complex issues or conflict situations. 5\. Financial Management: Control cash flow, perform financial reconciliations, monitor cash flow, manage budgets, and ensure achievement of company-established financial targets. 8\. Process Management: Implement and ensure correct execution of operational processes, such as goods receipt, pricing, and product restocking.
