Job Summary: Professional to develop and guide clients in organizing and structuring financial operational routines, provide remote and in-person support, and develop action plans. Key Highlights: 1. Remote and in-person support for financial consulting clients Description: Responsibilities: * Develop and guide clients in organizing and structuring financial operational routines; * Guide clients on system entries, chart of accounts, cost centers, and bank reconciliation; * Develop action plans tailored to each client's needs; * Provide remote support to clients across Brazil, and in-person support when necessary for local clients. Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Administration, Economics, or related fields; * Postgraduate degree in Finance, Controllership, or an MBA in Financial Management is a plus; * Solid experience in financial operations and BPO, as well as financial controls via systems; * Experience in financial structuring, bank reconciliation, financial routines, and financial closings; * Experience supporting clients of financial consulting firms; * Proficiency in Excel and financial data analysis, etc.; * Ownership mindset, resilience, transparency, composure under pressure, goal and results orientation, and strong interpersonal communication skills with colleagues and clients.
