Analyze market and financial data for strategic planning Title: Sales Execution Supervisor - Eusébio / CE Role Mission: Responsible for leading a sales desk and delivering key commercial indicators aligned with the company’s strategy. Main Responsibilities: * Conduct morning meetings to cascade objectives and motivate the team * Train the team to achieve objectives based on observed needs * Set commercial targets for the team according to the potential and volume of each route * Deliver volumes, coverage, and Market Share for the assigned sales desk through focused action plans * Ensure execution of trade and corporate actions in the market with the team, guaranteeing point-of-sale execution via routes with salespeople * Provide coaching to salespeople during daily market routes * Responsible for functional integration of new salespeople and promoters * Directly lead the team * Follow company processes related to the role; participate in monthly planning meetings * Monitor field team activities, diagnosing outcomes * Routinely analyze market research data to build tactical plans and CDA financial data to build strategic plans * Hold afternoon meetings to review commitments defined in the morning meeting * Ensure photographic evidence of successful market execution * Participate in CDA governance meetings * Disseminate Heineken’s values and culture to the team, peers, and stakeholders * Support the variable compensation model by training the team on methodology, hierarchy, and monthly validation of the calculation base * Present outcomes of monthly meetings * Present outcomes of weekly planning meetings * Act in accordance with the Heineken Assessment Formula, complying with sales-area guidelines * Prospect new points of sale relevant to your area and segment of operation, expanding your customer base Main Requirements: Completed undergraduate degree; Valid Brazilian driver’s license (Category B); Intermediate Excel proficiency Benefits We deeply care about your health!
