Handling customer incidents Restaurant seeks a Store Supervisor in Fortaleza. **Responsibilities:** Supervise the store’s daily operational routine during the assigned shift. Monitor and ensure compliance with service, quality, and food safety standards. Guide, lead, and support the team in daily activities, including task assignment and performance monitoring. Monitor sales, productivity, and waste indicators, taking action to achieve established targets. Support store opening and closing procedures, cash reconciliation, and operational controls. Ensure workplace organization, cleanliness, and maintenance according to company standards. Support onboarding of new employees and ongoing operational training for the team. Conduct initial handling of customer incidents, seeking prompt and effective solutions. Report operational incidents, maintenance needs, and improvement opportunities to the unit manager. Ensure compliance with internal regulations, operational procedures, and company policies. Previous experience as Store Manager, Sales Coordinator, Team Leader, or Sales Supervisor may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this position.
