Customer Service * Guarantee courteous, prompt, and efficient service. * Resolve complaints or issues professionally. * Monitor customer satisfaction and propose improvements. * Assist during peak hours. 2.3. Team Management * Lead and motivate the team during shifts. * Prepare work schedules, days off, and vacation plans. * Guide and train new employees. * Deliver positive and corrective feedback. 2.4. Quality Control * Verify dish standards before items leave the counter. * Ensure compliance with Sanitary Surveillance regulations. * Inspect facility cleanliness, staff uniforms, and personal hygiene. 2.5.
