Participation in strategic planning and problem solving RESPONSIBILITIES * Ensure full store operations, guaranteeing that all departments are adequately stocked, organized, and operating according to company standards; * Monitor key store KPIs (sales, margin, stockouts, losses, productivity, average transaction value, among others) and develop action plans to address deviations; * Actively participate in the store's strategic planning, contributing analyses and insights to support decision-making by regional management or the executive board; * Lead store team management, including recruitment, onboarding, training, performance evaluation, feedback, and talent development; * Proactively manage conflicts and resolve issues with customers, suppliers, and employees; * Conduct results review meetings with the store team to align goals, track indicators, and reinforce organizational culture; REQUISITOS * Completed undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Commercial Management, or related fields; * Experience managing supermarket operations; * Proficiency in management systems (ERP) and operational tools; * Flexible working hours; Salary: R$2\.368,74 \- R$5\.500,00 per month Benefits: * Medical insurance * Dental insurance * Life insurance * Commuter allowance Work Location: On-site
