Focus on service excellence and continuous improvement **Job Description:** **Employment Opportunity – Restaurant** **Location: Aldeota – Fortaleza/CE** **Job Mission** Supervise the store’s daily operations, ensuring compliance with operational standards, customer service quality, achievement of commercial targets, and appropriate team management, thereby guaranteeing operational efficiency and service excellence. **Requirements** * Completed high school education or currently pursuing a higher education degree in Administration, Gastronomy, or related fields; * Prior experience in team leadership within restaurants, retail, or food service sectors; * Availability to work on a **shopping mall schedule: 6 days on, 1 day off**; * Knowledge of operational controls, COGS (Cost of Goods Sold), and store performance indicators. Main Responsibilities * Supervise the store’s operational routine during the work shift. * Monitor and ensure adherence to service standards, food quality, and food safety. * Guide, lead, and support the team in daily activities, assigning tasks and monitoring performance. * Monitor sales, productivity, and waste indicators, taking action to achieve established targets. * Support store opening and closing procedures, cash reconciliation, and operational controls. * Ensure workplace organization, cleanliness, and maintenance according to company standards. * Support onboarding training for new employees and operational refresher training for the team. * Handle initial customer complaints, seeking prompt and effective solutions. * Report operational incidents, maintenance needs, and improvement opportunities to the unit manager. * Ensure compliance with internal regulations, operational procedures, and company policies.
