




Job Summary: Sell optical products and serve customers, track sales targets, perform customer registrations, and ensure service quality. Key Highlights: 1. Service order management and quality assurance Sell optical products (eyeglasses, contact lenses, sunglasses, and accessories); Serve customers according to the company's established standards, following the Sales Protocol steps; Track daily individual sales to ensure achievement of monthly targets; Track sales of Complete Eyewear (C.E.), ensuring report completion and achievement of biweekly and monthly targets via KPIs (Infoboard); Register customers in the system; Perform necessary measurements for technically accurate optical sales; Process exchanges and returns (customer and system); Track service orders with the laboratory to ensure delivery within the timeframe communicated to the customer; Inspect service orders delivered by the laboratory against original orders (quality and condition verification) and deliver them during the 'magic moment'; Generate and receive cash bags; Minimum Education: High School (Secondary Education) * Totalpass * Transportation Allowance * Life Insurance * Medical Assistance * Dental Assistance * Gympass
