Your journey can begin now. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Manage and monitor the entire administrative vehicle sales cycle (new and used), from proposal to invoicing and delivery; * Validate and control sales documentation, ensuring compliance with tax, financial, and internal policies; * Perform order, contract, commercial terms, bonus, and sales campaign verifications; * Prepare managerial reports to support decision-making by management and coordination; * Monitor invoicing, vehicle licensing, and release processes with relevant authorities; * Ensure correct application of commercial policies, including pricing, discounts, and manufacturer incentives; * Serve as an interface between commercial, finance, invoicing, after-sales, tax, and accounting departments; * Support the sales team in resolving operational and administrative pending issues; * Conduct inventory analyses (turnover, coverage, aging) and suggest actions to optimize results; * Participate in commercial planning, contributing with forecasts, targets, and sales strategies; * Monitor commercial performance indicators (KPIs), such as sales volume, gross margin, and net margin; * Prepare operational reports to maintain the business plan. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree completed in Business Administration, Economics, Commercial Management, Accounting, or related fields. * Advanced Excel skills; * Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, TOTVS, Protheus or similar); * Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Dynamics or similar) for sales funnel tracking; * Experience with invoicing systems and electronic fiscal invoices (NF-e); * Experience with performance and commercial indicator management tools. * Desired experience with Power BI (data modeling, dashboard creation, DAX, report publishing); * Desired knowledge of tax legislation applicable to the automotive sector (ICMS, tax substitution, DIFAL, direct invoicing, etc.); **Additional Information** **Working Hours:** * Monday to Friday, from 7:45 AM to 5:30 PM, with a one-hour lunch break. **Benefits:** * Amarelo – Psychological Support; * Pharmacy Assistance; * Basic Food Basket; * Hapvida Health Plan (via enrollment, 50% covered by the company); * SulAmérica Dental Plan (via enrollment); * On-site Cafeteria; * Life Insurance; * Total Pass; * Transportation Allowance.
