Description: Education * Completed undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or related fields. Requirements * Driver's license, Category B; * Prior experience in external sales of consumer goods; * Experience leading teams; * Willingness to travel; * Proficiency in Google Workspace (spreadsheets, presentations, etc.). * Lead a team of sales consultants and promoters to build business at retail outlets (PDVs); * Conduct regular team meetings to communicate objectives and update sales strategies; * Monitor key performance indicators (e.g., volume, positive sales conversion, new customer registration, coverage, store visits, delinquency); * Accompany and guide sales consultants during visits requiring deeper involvement in negotiation and closing deals, as well as problem resolution; * Carry out activities aimed at prospecting customers and executing sales with clients within the assigned territory; * Plan daily visits for the team; * Analyze results and market scenarios, conduct strategic planning, execute sales, negotiate promotional inserts, calendars, bonus points, and other activations; * Ensure, together with the sales and merchandising teams, that the company's product mix is displayed in accordance with current execution practices; * Evaluate product placement and in-store ambiance using merchandising materials to promote sales. 251212020250473202
