




Job Summary: This role involves prospecting and qualifying potential clients, managing CRM activities, and presenting performance indicators to drive sales opportunities. Key Highlights: 1. Develop outreach strategies to secure presentation meetings **Responsibilities:** * Build a high-quality list of companies based on our Persona and ICP (Ideal Customer Profile) * Connect with key stakeholders (via LinkedIn and other available tools) * Populate the Opportunity Map with identified clients in CRM * Qualify contacts based on the company list and connections * Conduct prospecting to determine whether the client is ready to purchase Bluesend products * Apply segment-specific outreach and discovery frameworks to secure presentation meetings * Prospect clients via phone, email, WhatsApp, social media, and other emerging channels * Log all activities in CRM * Present weekly and monthly performance indicators **Requirements:** * Completed high school education * Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Commercial Management, Business Administration, Public Relations, or related fields — preferred but not required * Prior experience in this role * Flexible availability; Monday to Thursday: 8 AM to 6 PM Friday: 8 AM to 5 PM Employment Type: Full-time CLT Compensation: R$1\.621,00 \- R$2\.300,00 per month Benefits: * Meal allowance * Food voucher * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
