




Job Summary: A prospecting professional focused on qualifying and connecting with customers to identify sales opportunities and schedule presentation meetings. Key Highlights: 1. Build a list of companies and connect with key personnel 2. Qualify contacts and proactively prospect customers 3. Record activities in CRM and present performance metrics **Responsibilities:** * Build a high-quality list of companies based on our Persona and ICP (Ideal Customer Profile) * Connect with key personnel (via LinkedIn and other available tools) * Populate the Opportunity Map with identified customers in CRM * Qualify contacts based on the company list and connections * Conduct prospecting to determine whether the customer is ready to purchase Bluesend products * Apply the outreach and discovery methodology tailored to the target segment to secure presentation meetings * Prospect customers via phone, email, WhatsApp, social media, and other emerging solutions * Record all activities in CRM * Present weekly and monthly performance metrics **Requirements:** * Completed high school education * Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Commercial Management, Business Administration, Public Relations, or related fields — an advantage * Prior experience in this role * Availability to work during scheduled hours: Monday to Thursday: 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM Friday: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Employment Type: Full-time CLT Compensation: R$1.621,00 – R$2.300,00 per month Benefits: * Meal allowance * Food voucher * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
