




**About the position** We are seeking a **Restaurant Manager** with strong operational insight, a results-driven mindset, and the genuine ability to lead teams in a high-demand environment. This role is responsible for ensuring operational excellence, delivering an outstanding customer experience, and achieving business goals—integrating dining room, kitchen, sushi bar, and delivery operations. There is no room here for passive management. We need someone who is **present on the dining floor**, capable of holding teams accountable, monitoring KPIs, and developing people. **Key responsibilities** **Operational Management** * Ensure execution of all restaurant operational processes (dining room, kitchen, sushi bar, bar, and delivery). * Monitor service time, product quality, and service standards. * Ensure compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and health inspection regulations. * Conduct daily inspections of cleanliness, organization, and overall facility functionality. **People Management** * Lead, guide, and develop the operational team. * Deliver training, provide ongoing feedback, and implement course corrections. * Prepare staff schedules, monitor attendance, and manage absences and tardiness. * Directly address conflicts and maintain a positive organizational climate. **Performance Management** * Track KPIs such as revenue, average ticket, cost of goods sold (COGS), waste, customer reviews, and delivery performance. * Support commercial initiatives, campaigns, and events. * Ensure disciplined execution of goals and routines. * Control operational costs and pursue continuous performance improvement. **Customer Experience** * Circulate throughout the dining room, greet tables, and monitor the customer experience. * Resolve complaints and uphold hospitality standards. * Ensure consistency of the experience across both dine-in and delivery channels. **Facility & Infrastructure Maintenance** * Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance. * Engage vendors and ensure the physical infrastructure and equipment remain in good working condition. **Requirements** * Minimum of **1 year of experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in Food & Beverage (F&B)**. * Practical experience managing operational teams. * Familiarity with restaurant KPIs (sales, COGS, average ticket, NPS). * Leadership ability, clear communication skills, and firm decision-making. * Organization, discipline, and a results-oriented focus. * Flexible availability. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in medium- or high-volume restaurants. * Hands-on experience with delivery operations and platforms such as iFood. * Knowledge of operational processes, checklists, and standard routines. * Experience implementing service standards and training teams. **Expected Behavioral Profile** * Active presence on the dining floor. * Hands-on involvement in operations without losing strategic perspective. * Ability to hold people accountable, monitor progress, and foster development. * Professional demeanor, integrity, and an owner’s mindset.
