Employee training and development **Position: Restaurant Manager** **Location:** Juazeiro do Norte/CE **Work Schedule:** 6 days on, 1 day off (1 fixed weekly day off \+ 1 Sunday per month) We are seeking a Restaurant Manager with strong presence in the dining room, an operational profile, and a focus on goals and results. Responsibilities include leading the team, organizing daily operations, ensuring service standards, and monitoring performance indicators. **Key Responsibilities:** Lead the dining room team, manage opening and closing procedures, monitor sales targets and performance indicators, integrate dining room, kitchen, and bar operations, train and develop employees, and ensure quality service standards. **Requirements:** Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commercial Management, or related fields (or high school diploma with substantial experience). Proven experience in operational leadership within a restaurant setting. Flexible availability for working hours. **Working Hours:** * Morning shift: 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM (mandatory attendance during peak lunch hours). * Afternoon break. * Evening shift: 6:00 PM to 11:00 PM (dining room closing). * Kitchen closes at 11:30 PM; supervision may be required until operational closure is complete. **Compensation:** Fixed monthly salary of R$ 5\.000,00 \+ monthly performance bonus. **Benefits:** On-site meals, optional health insurance plan (by enrollment), birthday day off.
