




Delivery Supervisor - Monitor daily operations and ensure smooth functioning of the unit - Manage operational controls (water, electricity, gas, and cleaning supplies) - Manage order platforms (iFood, Cardápio Web, and others) - Place orders for supplies and manage inventory - Guide teams on operational procedures - Monitor product expiration dates (supplies) - Control and minimize team absenteeism while monitoring performance - Submit administrative and financial reports daily - Control expenses, among other responsibilities. Job Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management Processes, or related fields (in progress) - Prior experience in People Management is mandatory - Intermediate Excel proficiency preferred - Previous experience managing food industry businesses - Knowledge of people management and performance indicators Working Hours: 4:00 PM to 11:00 PM 1:00 PM to 11:00 PM (Sundays) 9:00 AM to 11:00 PM (2-hour break) — one day per week One day off per week Work schedule compensation equivalent to 44 hours per week.
