* Plan and schedule production according to orders, forecasts, and installed capacity; * Control production orders, deadlines, and sequencing; * Monitor performance indicators (OTIF, lead time, efficiency, productivity); * Analyze production bottlenecks and propose improvements; * Ensure alignment among production, procurement, inventory, sales, and logistics; * Control inventory levels of raw materials, supplies, and finished products; * Prepare and update management reports; * Supervise and guide the PCP team; * Ensure compliance with procedures, deadlines, and targets.
