JOB – kennedy store manager XBF Mobile – RioMar Kennedy Shopping Center Average earnings: R$ 3\.000 to R$ 5\.000 (fixed \+ variable performance-based bonus) ⸻ WHAT WE EXPECT We seek an Assistant Store Manager with a commercial and leadership profile, capable of: * Closing negotiations with focus on margin. * Monitoring daily targets. * Leading the team firmly and efficiently. * Controlling discounts and avoiding losses. * Ensuring visual standards and store discipline. ⸻ REQUIRED EXPERIENCE To ensure hiring accuracy, we require: * Minimum 1 year of experience as Assistant or Store Manager in retail. * Proven experience in shopping center retail. * Experience with targets and variable commission schemes. * Experience leading sales teams. * Practical experience in negotiation and closing sales. * Basic knowledge of income statements (DRE), margin, and discounts. ADDITIONAL ASSETS * Experience with mobile phones and accessories. * Track record of consistently meeting or exceeding targets. * Experience as a “closer” in negotiations.
