The company provides specialized consulting services for contracts, assisting clients in drafting and reviewing contractual documents. With an experienced team, it aims to ensure legal security and optimal negotiation for its clients. **Responsibilities:** Plan and optimize routes to ensure delivery efficiency and cost reduction. Provide daily operational support, monitor demands, and resolve incidents in real time. Identify and correct logistical process failures to improve operational flow. Process and monitor operational reimbursement requests. Execute strategic delivery routing, aligning deadlines and productivity. Define and review operational rates, tariffs, and costs. Analyze KPIs and discrepancies, proposing continuous improvements. Monitor time, performance, and productivity of the delivery team. Recruit new delivery personnel and ensure active maintenance of the existing workforce. Directly manage operational activities, ensuring organization, agility, and results. Previous experience as Logistics Coordinator, Logistics Operations Leader, Transportation Manager, or Supply Chain Supervisor may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this position. Technical qualification required.
