




**JOB MISSION** Ensure sales growth through active team leadership, development of commercial strategies, daily monitoring of results, and strengthening of individual and collective performance, aligned with the company’s goals. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** **1. Team Management** * Lead the sales team (internal and/or external). * Monitor individual and collective goals on a daily basis. * Conduct alignment meetings, feedback sessions, and performance reviews. * Ensure team discipline, commitment, productivity, and focus. **2. Commercial Strategy and Planning** * Design and implement strategies to increase sales and reduce churn. * Develop sales campaigns, weekly/monthly targets, and action plans. * Analyze KPIs (conversion rate, CAC, average deal size, leads, churn). * Perform opportunity mapping and customer segmentation (new and existing). **3. Training and Development** * Teach sales techniques, prospecting approaches, handling objections, and closing. * Train the team on products, packages, promotions, and the company’s differentiators. * Observe customer interactions to assess technical and behavioral competencies. * Create scripts, routines, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for the sales department. **4. Operations and Performance Accountability** * Hold team members accountable for performance in a firm and professional manner. * Monitor CRM, sales pipelines, leads, and follow-ups. * Ensure adherence to commercial processes and service quality standards. * Track deadlines, contracts, and departmental KPIs. **5. Reporting and Executive Interface** * Prepare weekly and monthly strategic reports. * Present results and action plans to management/executive leadership. * Collaborate with Marketing, Finance, Support, and Warehouse departments. **REQUIREMENTS** **Mandatory** * Experience leading teams in the commercial area. * Proficiency in sales and negotiation techniques. * Skill in goal and KPI management. * Strong communication skills and leadership profile. * Familiarity with sales tools. **Desirable** * Experience in the telecom/internet sector. * Knowledge of commercial strategies and sales funnels. * Proficiency with spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets).
