




Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for controlling bakery production processes, ensuring product quality, organizing inventory, and guiding bakery assistants. Key Highlights: 1. Bakery assistant guidance and supervision * Perform product separation and control fermentation and baking times through overall process monitoring. * Know the products and apply appropriate techniques to maintain their quality and standards. * Supervise bakery assistants in their tasks, providing guidance whenever necessary. * Ensure that products required for the next day’s production are properly organized to avoid delays in making them available for sale. * Analyze production quantities by tracking sales and losses together with the department manager. * Monitor the organization of the frozen storage chamber and participate in order analysis to improve loss control and prevent stockouts. * Participate in restocking items in the bakery’s external area and provide customer service whenever necessary.
