Focus on customer satisfaction and service **What We Expect From You:** * Completed undergraduate degree. * Experience in home centers and retail. * Experience leading teams. * Availability to work on weekends and holidays. * Customer satisfaction orientation. **Daily Responsibilities of a Commercial Coordinator:** * Engages the department, customer service, sales, and customer relationships. * Engages the sales team in linear management. * Defines and implements strategic and operational actions for the department, in coordination with the Commercial Manager. * Conducts training for store-floor sales teams. * Manages and monitors sales performance. * Monitors and ensures customer service delivery by each salesperson. * Ensures achievement of target goals. * Guarantees negotiations comply with current commercial policies and commercial operations. * Analyzes, qualifies, and encourages follow-up on budgets prepared within the department.
