Customer relationship management and long-term contracts Coordinate and execute the commercial strategy for new business in O&M services, acquiring new customers, strengthening partnerships, and ensuring customer satisfaction and retention, thereby guaranteeing sustainable growth, contract profitability, and alignment between commercial proposals, operational capacity, and business value creation—consistent with the company’s strategic plan. 1. Commercial Strategy: Structure and execute the commercial strategy for services related to solar, wind, and hydro power generation assets by managing the sales pipeline (pipeline), defining value-based positioning, and identifying new commercial opportunities to ensure revenue predictability, risk reduction, and sustainable business performance growth. 2. Technical and Commercial Proposals: Coordinate the development of technical and commercial service proposals by integrating with O&M, Engineering, HR, Finance, and Legal departments to define scope, contractual models, and pricing—ensuring coherence among costs, risks, SLAs, and margins, in compliance with the business’s governance and financial sustainability guidelines. 3. Negotiation and Contract Closing: Lead complex commercial negotiations and the closing of strategic contracts through integrated assessment of contractual, commercial, and operational risks together with Operations, Legal, and Finance departments—ensuring signed contracts accurately reflect negotiated terms, are approved by senior management, and align with business objectives. 4. Customer and Contract Management: Maintain relationships with strategic customers throughout the entire contract lifecycle, acting as the liaison between customer and operations, leading renewals, amendments, and commercial-to-operational handover (handover), as well as managing active contracts by identifying opportunities for continuous improvement, expansion, or discontinuation of non-strategic contracts—aiming to ensure customer retention, satisfaction, and sustainable long-term value creation. 5. KPI Management and Governance: Manage departmental KPIs—including proposing metrics, tracking results, preparing and presenting root-cause analyses and action plans—to monitor and sustain business and departmental performance in line with company guidelines and internal governance, compliance, and approval authority policies. 6. People Management: Continuously develop the team’s technical and regulatory competencies, monitor individual performance outcomes, identify development gaps, and propose development actions and feedback—aiming to foster employee growth and ensure achievement of the company’s desired results. 7. Budgeting: Prepare and coordinate the budget for new sales and the commercial area based on strategic assumptions aligned with senior management, performing financial analyses (budget vs. actual) to ensure appropriate resource allocation per plan. Academic Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree completed in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Production or related fields), Economics, or Business Administration. 06 years of experience in Commercial Sales, B2B technical sales, preferably in: O&M services for solar, wind, and hydro power generation assets; Specialized engineering services; Complex commercial negotiation and pricing construction, technical and commercial proposals; Experience with medium- and long-term contracts. Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency. Advanced English. ERP and CRM system knowledge.
