Join our team and help us transform the dairy universe***.*** ***\#JoinAlvoarDairy*** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Lead the team, monitoring activities, performance, and ensuring adherence to departmental routines. * Manage and monitor team attendance records, ensuring compliance with company policies. * Execute and oversee commercial administrative processes, ensuring organization and timely delivery. * Manage the department’s expense budget, optimizing resource utilization. * Monitor and manage commercial directorate contracts, ensuring deadline and condition compliance. * Identify and resolve administrative requests, proposing process improvements. * Supervise commercial administrative routines and support the team in operational demands. * Serve as the interface between support areas (Finance, Manufacturing, Logistics, and Procurement) and the Sales team. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Engineering, Economics, Applied Mathematics, Marketing, Computer Science, or related fields; * Postgraduate studies preferred; * Experience with Power BI, Qlik Sense, SQL commands, and Advanced Excel; * Knowledge of SAP and Python is desirable; * Communication skills \- Ability to interact with representatives at all organizational levels; * Competencies: Communication, Customer Focus, Initiative, Results Orientation, Resilience, Agility, and Innovation. **Additional Information** * Competitive market-based salary; * Meal or food allowance; * Transportation allowance; * Group life insurance; * Partnerships with institutions; * Unimed health plan; * Optional dental plan; * Dairy benefit; * Online store for discounted product purchases; * Profit-sharing program (PLR) based on goal achievement.
