Monitoring of pedagogical and financial outcomes **None:** Plan youth programs and groups together with the leadership team; Plan by sports or cultural modality together with the Educational Vice-Principal and the SETE or SEAC team; Manage and evaluate the SETE or SEAC team together with the Educational Vice-Principal; Organize and participate in pedagogical, sports, and cultural events scheduled in the unit's calendar, as required; Monitor pedagogical and financial outcomes arising from planned activities and propose interventions for improvement; Organize the re-enrollment and enrollment process for SETE or SEAC students in coordination with other involved departments, following guidelines from the Socioeducational Management and the Unit's Leadership Team. **None:** None
