




Job Opening for Administrative Manager We are looking for a strategic professional with solid leadership skills, capable of integrating and optimizing the administrative processes that support our operations. Responsibilities: Manage and integrate the Human Resources, Procurement, Finance, Documentation, and Quality departments, ensuring alignment with executive management guidelines. Plan and coordinate administrative activities, ensuring efficiency, adherence to deadlines, and compliance with internal and legal regulations. Supervise the administrative team and directly support the Administrative Supervisor in developing routines and delivering results. Analyze performance indicators and propose actions for continuous improvement of internal processes. Prepare managerial and financial reports to support executive decision-making. Manage cash flow, budgetary control, contracts, and strategic negotiations with suppliers. Ensure compliance with company policies on quality, safety, and social responsibility. Participate in audits, certifications, and quality programs (ISO, PBQP-H). Promote a collaborative, ethical, and productive work environment. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related fields. Postgraduate degree in Business Management, Controllership, Finance, or Human Resource Management is desirable. Minimum 5 years of experience in administrative management roles, preferably in the construction industry. Knowledge of ERP systems (Obra Prima, Sienge, Mega, TOTVS, SAP, etc.). Proficiency in budgetary control, cash flow management, procurement, HR, and quality management. Knowledge of ISO 9001 and PBQP-H standards will be an advantage. Supervise recruitment, selection, training, and development policies. Ensure compliance with labor legislation and occupational health and safety regulations. Promote a healthy organizational climate, talent retention policies, and continuous training programs. Working Hours: Monday to Friday, from 09:00 to 18:00
