





Strategically and operationally manage the Recife unit, ensuring excellence in project execution, adherence to deadlines and budgets, process efficiency, and team development—thereby guaranteeing customer satisfaction and enhancing the company’s reputation in the market. **Key Responsibilities** * Develop and implement strategies aligned with the company’s long-term objectives, ensuring sustainable growth and market competitiveness. * Manage multidisciplinary teams, fostering a positive, collaborative, and productive work environment. * Administer the unit’s budget, ensuring operational efficiency, cost control, and profitability. * Analyze financial reports and performance indicators, proposing actions for continuous improvement of economic results. * Supervise daily operations, ensuring processes are executed efficiently, consistently, and with a focus on continuous improvement. * Ensure fulfillment of customer expectations, strengthening the company’s reputation and service quality. * Uphold best practices in corporate governance by implementing policies and procedures that ensure compliance and risk mitigation. * Promote innovation and adaptability to market changes, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. * Collaborate with the engineering team to monitor adherence to project timelines, schedules, and quality standards. These responsibilities require a balance between strategic vision and operational execution—essential for the success of both the unit and the organization as a whole. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in **Business Administration, Engineering**, or related fields. * Prior experience as a **Unit Manager**, **Operations Manager**, or similar role. * Strong skills in **leadership, communication, and decision-making**. * Solid knowledge of **people management, finance, and operations**. * Proficiency in management tools (**ERP, Excel, BI**, etc.) is desirable. * Willingness to travel when required. * Availability for **on-site work in Espinheiro/PE**. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in **sports facility construction** or projects involving **synthetic turf fields**. **Benefits** * **Meal Allowance / Food Allowance**: BRL 30.00 per day; * **Annual Performance Bonus**; * **Caju Mais**.
