Job Responsibilities * Manage both monthly and decadal targets, as well as develop and execute action plans to achieve them; * Monitor key performance indicators; * Attend to customers to clarify doubts and handle all matters related to the services provided and the treatment delivered by the company; * Uphold unit standards regarding cleanliness, organization, and compliance with all applicable inspection protocols; * Manage supplies required for the unit under your leadership; * Serve as the spokesperson and advocate for company policies toward both internal and external customers; * Proactively pursue partnerships and lead referrals, developing and implementing strategies to achieve unit goals; * Prepare staff work schedules and manage timekeeping for the team under your leadership; * Ensure quality and efficiency in customer service; * Monitor and analyze unit performance, implementing improvements when necessary; * Perform cash closing procedures—availability to work flexible hours is required; * Lead, motivate, and develop the team, fostering a positive work environment; * Resolve issues while maintaining service excellence and safeguarding the company’s reputation; * Ensure unit compliance with internal policies and legal regulations; * Carry out other related duties. 2512140202201026658
