We are looking for a **Territory Manager** to join the **Commercial** team in **Fortaleza\-CE.** **Responsibilities and Duties** **WHAT YOUR DAY \- TO \- DAY WILL LOOK LIKE:** * Manage the customer portfolio (Shell-branded gas station retailers), ensuring proper execution of signed contracts, pursuing additional volume, and managing fuel supply pricing and margins, along with other Raízen services and products; * Support identification and prospecting of new customers, following the company\'s established strategy; * Act as the focal point with internal departments to ensure optimal customer service delivery while promoting Raízen values internally—specifically within Credit & Collections, Pricing, Marketing, Logistics, and Engineering; * Perform analytical work to enable financial health analysis of the portfolio and management of territory KPIs; * Implement operational excellence and health & safety standards at customer sites, ensuring correct training dissemination and adherence to execution standards at service stations. **Requirements and Qualifications** **WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE:** * Completed undergraduate degree; * Mobility and willingness to relocate and/or work in Fortaleza\-CE and surrounding regions; * Valid Brazilian driver\'s license (Category B) and availability for travel; * Strong analytical capability to handle high volumes of KPIs; * Prior experience in negotiation and customer relationship management within the retail sector; * Previous experience managing contracts, accounts, and prospecting activities; * Experience in the fuels industry and/or sales within consumer goods sectors, etc. **Additional Information** **SELECTION PROCESS STEPS:** Our process includes three main stages (additional steps may apply, and you will be informed if you advance): * Application \- completion of this form and any additional data required. * HR Interview \- an informal conversation to get to know each other. * Leadership Interview: a more technical discussion to further explain daily responsibilities and challenges.
