




We are looking for a **TECHNICAL MANAGER** to join our **EXHIBITION AND PROGRAMMING** team at the **FAVELAS MUSEUM.** **Responsibilities and duties** **Your day-to-day will include:** * Ensuring executive and integrated management of departments, aligned with the Favelas Museum’s vision and mission; * Monitoring contractual targets; * Managing cross-cutting deliverables related to research, library services, and museum exhibitions—both long-term and short-term—as well as executive projects and cultural programming; * Validating and monitoring delivery schedules; * Managing and developing your direct team. **Requirements and qualifications** **What is required for this position:** * Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Humanities and Social Sciences, Museology, Public Management, Architecture and Urban Planning, or related fields; * Postgraduate studies, Master’s, or Doctorate in related areas are desirable; * Proficiency in management tools (Microsoft Office suite, productivity tracking tools). **It will be an advantage if you have:** * Experience in or knowledge of museum and cultural institution management, as well as third-sector organizations operating in culture, science and technology, and environmental fields; * Knowledge of English and Spanish. **Additional information** **Our benefits:** **Meal and Food Allowance:** We provide the flexible **Ticket Flex** card, usable for both meal and food expenses at any establishment bearing the Ticket brand.
