If you do not know your referrer’s email address, please use the following email: ***selecao@mslz.com.br.*** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Ensure compliance with the company’s mission and values; * Identify key unit gaps using tools (e.g., Kanban, action plans) and develop action plans aimed at improving results; * Monitor unit performance (sales, margin, shrinkage, inventory); * Analyze demands, plan activities, assign and guide tasks to the team (leadership), and monitor execution; * Manage and develop your team (feedback, attendance tracking, vacations, scheduling, replacements, application of disciplinary measures); * Liaise with regulatory authorities and provide required documentation; * Conduct visits to other stores and competitors; * Collaborate with support departments to establish partnerships for the unit; * Ensure implementation of unit operations and processes (5 concepts, layout, agenda updates); * Ensure proper functioning of the unit, including facility maintenance and equipment condition; * Ensure compliance with operational standards and procedures, food safety, and occupational safety. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed undergraduate degree; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; * Basic knowledge of legislation (labor laws, INMETRO regulations, NRs, ANVISA, consumer rights, fire department requirements); * Basic knowledge of finance and accounting. **Additional Information** What we offer you: * An environment where people feel at home and can be themselves; * A place where people love serving others in a uniquely special way; * Partner leaders who encourage your personal and professional growth; * Opportunities for new learning experiences and to apply your own talents and skills; * Pride of belonging.
