Requirements: Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Commercial Management, Business Administration, or related fields. Previous experience in leadership or leadership-support roles in retail or supermarkets. Knowledge of inventory management and store operations. Results-oriented mindset and strong problem-solving skills.
