




Job Summary: Responsible for optical product sales, customer service, sales target and service order tracking, and execution of technical processes. Key Highlights: 1. Execution of measurements and technical processes Sell optical products (eyeglasses, contact lenses, sunglasses, and accessories); Provide customer service in accordance with the company's established standards, following the Sales Protocol steps; Monitor daily individual sales to ensure achievement of the monthly target; Track complete eyewear (C.E.) sales, ensuring report completion and achievement of biweekly and monthly targets through KPIs (Infoboard); Register customers in the system; Perform necessary measurements for technically accurate optical sales; Process exchanges and returns (customer and system); Track service orders with the laboratory to guarantee on-time delivery as communicated to the customer; Conduct quality and condition checks on laboratory-delivered service orders against original requests and execute the "magical moment" upon delivery; Generate and receive cash bags; Minimum Education: High School Diploma (Secondary Education) * Totalpass * Transportation Allowance * Life Insurance * Medical Assistance * Dental Assistance * Gympass
