Assign and monitor production targets. Ensure quality of manufactured garments. Support team training and development. Monitor production KPIs. Organize workflow within the department. Maintain workplace organization. Prepare sewing machines and sewing samples. Operate sewing machines for mass assembly of apparel items. Previous experience as Sewing Supervisor, Sewing Coordinator, Sewing Manager, or Sewing Department Head may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this position. High school diploma required.
