Therefore, we strive to deliver to our customers the best experience and the most competitive prices in the market! **JOB DESCRIPTION** Will work in vehicle purchase intermediation, reporting to the store manager. *Responsibilities* Attend scheduled customers or those who visit the store; Conduct prospecting via phone or other digital tools, presenting Vaapty’s business model; Assess the vehicle’s market value; Clarify customer questions and evaluate the vehicle’s overall condition to determine its value; Negotiate with customers the best options to persuade them to proceed with the transaction; Complete customer registration forms; Facilitate agreement between parties to close deals; Negotiate values considering maximum profitability for the company; Agree on working arrangements with the customer; Assist customers with post-sale needs, such as notary services and vehicle transfers; Record negotiations in the system; Log interactions in the CRM; Support administrative staff during business formalization; Provide support to the commercial manager. *Requirements* * Completed or currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree * Knowledge of negotiation techniques * Familiarity with the new and used vehicle market * Knowledge of vehicle transfer systems and procedures * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite Employment type: Full-time, CLT permanent contract Salary: R$ 2.200,00 – R$ 10.000,00 per month Benefits: * Meal allowance Working hours: * 8-hour shift Additional compensation types: * 13th-month salary Employment type: Full-time, CLT permanent contract Compensation: R$2.200,00 – R$10.000,00 per month Benefits: * Meal allowance * Food voucher * Transportation allowance Work location: On-site
