Job Summary: We are seeking an Operations Manager with strategic vision and strong operational expertise to ensure financial results and performance across multiple Food & Beverage units. Team and leadership management and development Operations Manager – Food & Beverages (Multi-Unit) Fortaleza – CE We are currently conducting a selection process for a Food & Beverage group operating across multiple units. We seek a professional with strategic vision and strong operational expertise, directly responsible for the financial results and performance of the units. Compensation Salary Range: R$ 6\.000 to R$ 10\.000 (performance-based variable component) Responsibilities Directly responsible for the financial results and performance of the units Manage operations across multiple units, ensuring standards, quality, and efficiency Monitor performance indicators (revenue, COGS, waste, productivity) Control costs and drive margin improvement Manage and develop teams and leaders Structure and monitor work schedules Oversee unit maintenance (preventive and corrective) Implement and ensure execution of operational processes Monitor inventory, procurement, and production routines Set goals and track action plans Requirements Proven experience in operations management within the Food & Beverage sector Experience managing multiple units or franchises Proficiency in COGS and cost management Solid experience in people management Completed undergraduate degree Knowledge of management methodologies and performance indicators Flexibility in working hours and mobility Advantages Experience in structured chains or franchises Experience implementing processes and standardization We seek a professional with an owner’s mindset—someone who takes ownership of outcomes and consistently organizes operations.
