Key responsibilities include: Owner Relationship Management: Attending to and supporting condominium owners’ requests, promoting clear, effective, and empathetic communication; Maintenance and Services: Coordinating maintenance services to ensure common areas are properly conserved. Legal Compliance: Ensuring the condominium complies with current legislation and internal regulations (general certifications). Conflict Management: Mediating conflicts to foster a harmonious environment. Requirements: Education: Building Management or related field. Negotiation and conflict resolution skills. Prior experience in maintenance or related fields. Knowledge of safety standards. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
