Job Summary: A professional responsible for leading and guiding the cleaning team, ensuring service quality, material control, and workplace safety. Key Highlights: 1. Team leadership and guidance for cleaning staff 2. Focus on quality, hygiene, and safety in service delivery 3. Material management and shift scheduling Assign and guide daily cleaning tasks for the team. * Monitor and inspect completed services to ensure quality and hygiene standards. * Control the use of cleaning materials, products, and equipment. * Train and instruct new employees on procedures and safety regulations. * Ensure proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) by the team. * Serve as a liaison between the team and supervision, relaying requests and incidents. * Organize work schedules, coverage for absences, and breaks as needed. * Monitor compliance with internal policies and occupational safety regulations. * Request replenishment of materials and report equipment maintenance needs. * Support the team in operational activities when required.
